Because most of our products are custom printed, our refund policy is limited and depends on the nature of the issue.
Custom printed products cannot be refunded once production has begun, unless there is a verified defect or production error.
Customers are responsible for approving all artwork and proofs. Approved designs are considered final.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will reprint or replace the order at no cost.
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly.
Shipping costs and completed custom production work are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
