Going for the Textured Look
Wall wraps are usually applied to smooth, flat walls, but for the YMCA of Greater Montgomery’s new techno gym at their Bell Road branch, we had a unique challenge: cinderblock. To make it work, we used a heat gun to carefully contour the material to the wall’s texture. The result? A wrap that not only adhered securely but looked like it was painted directly onto the surface. It blended in so naturally that you’d swear it had been there all along.
